This New GE Zoneline® Heatpump, Single Package Vertical packaged Air Conditioner is GE's newest addition to their Zoneline series. This Zoneline vertical VTAC is designed to install in a closet-like corner enclosure. The vertical unit is ducted to provide cooled or heated air comfort to one or more rooms, and is controlled by a wall-mounted thermostat like the one found in a home, but built for your Hotel needs, you will need the new RAK150VF2 or the RAK190V Thermostats to draw all the capabilities out of this new unit.
The GE Zoneline® UltimateV12™ brings a new level of intelligence and performance to GE's well known user friendly line of Vertical Terminal Air Conditioners. The UltimateV12 is the next generation of VTAC featuring Inverter Technology and Adjustable Speed Makeup Air, enabling controlled and precise performance in a broad range of applications. GE Appliances Vertical Terminal Air Conditioners have achieved the latest energy efficiency DOE industry requirements.

Parts covered are fan motors, switches, thermostat, heater, heater protectors, compressor overload, solenoids, circuit boards, auxiliary controls, thermistors, frost controls, ICR pump, capacitors, varistors and indoor blower bearing. This is a limited parts-only warranty and does not include labor and transportation to and from the service shop.
